Starting a development

I am starting a development and I would like to use primeNG, but I don't understand
well how to do it.

I have a designer on the team who would have to do the layouts for developers
with the html thats primeNG generate, but the developers will have to have the
angular components that i guess would have to pull from a template
similar to designer https://www.primefaces.org/designer-ng/#/

Can you help me decide how to mount it?
