olympus layout as jar

Hi,
just bought the olympus theme and layout.
Some notes to help to improve quality.

1. did not find any readme.txt of how to apply in a project
2. theme comes in a jar, ok ;
3. it will be good to have the theme also as a jar
4. example does not use jars in pom

But as i said, i will suggest to have the layout at a jar

Thanks for the suggestion. I think It would be difficult to layout customization of users with less feature or to change menu features.
