The problem begin when aplied theme OLYMPOS, when made clic on button to open an popup dialag -contains an tabview with datatable- is lost all data information, but with the original theme works fine.
Please look the images.

You need to update the form that contains the dialog.. in commandbutton the atribute update="path".

Which dialog are you using? dialogFramework or basic p:dialog

I am using basic p:dialog...the problem is when updating the <p:tabView for refreshing the 'rendered' property in each <p:tab.

Not sure why this should happen, have you managed to resolve it?

I haven't managed to resolve it.
