Migrating PanelGrid from Old Omega 2.0 to 4.0

Here we have forms with many lines, and the spacing was too big when migrating to the new version.
Is there an easy way to migrate a form with the old PanelGrid to the new style with PrimeFlex without having to change many lines of code?
In the example that comes within the layout package each input group needs to be encapsulated by a class " <div class="p-field p-col-12 p-md-3">", if I need to do this in the whole project it will take time very.
My current layout looks like the attached figure, that is, next to each input I have an outputLabel.
