I have Elite Subscription but do not see an option to download Omega Layout , its mentioned below that , its free.

Clean and elegant responsive application template with a premium look for PrimeFaces components. Basic License is available for Elite subscribers whereas PRO users have been granted an extended license, both at no extra cost. Omega Layout can be purchased without an Elite or PRO subscription as well.

You can download it from primefaces.org/store. Please click 'Elite' tab, then please see 'Other' tab under 'Elite Resources'.
