run ultima maven project

I have just bought ultima 1.0.5 layout. When i try to run
the maven project which is include in the zip file i found error:

Error loading css, cannot find "theme.css" resource of "primefaces-ultima-indigo" library.

I have installed the ultima-theme-1.0.5 jar file in my maven local repository but this didn't resolve
my problem.

Please, i need your help!

If you want to run Ultima from the maven project, then you need to build the sass, here is more information;

Easiest way is;
