Problems with Menu and Session

Hi everybody

I have a problem with menu and sessions. After the session is created when I Clicking the menu or enter through a URL the session closes. We now implement the template in another exist project and we don't have problem with session in this project, but when we adapt template the session always closes

I Think the problem is the menu or something like that, because we tested putting the old menu in the template (yes, it looks horrible) but is the unique form that the session persist.
