Error while trying to install Ultima theme

Perhaps the wrong documentation should be updated:

Ultima provides 12 PrimeFaces themes out of the box, setup of a theme simple as defining primefaces.THEME context parameter in web.xml such as "primefaces-ultima-indigo". Full list of available themes are;

Also later in the documentation a JAR is mentioned, which is not part of 1.0.9 (perhaps in previous versions?).

Is there any documentation describing the steps to integrate ultima theme into another project?
In template.xhtml there are a lot of dependencies (pages, GuestPreferences class ...). Currently adding
