Grey - Deep orange color theme not present in jar

On the demo I can see the Grey - Deep Orange color theme while I do not see after purchase in the downloaded copy. Please, let me know how can I get it?

Kindly, help me run your default application. Kindly, provide complete steps for how can I run your demo application same as it was running in live demo?
I am working in netbeans on windows plat form. Why do need to use saas and ruby tools and commands? I don't want to use maven either. Can you please let me know just simple steps.

I see the theme being applied on components but I want the demo application to be running so that I can customize the pages from there.

I have tried to see the video tutorial but its not readable .. all text blur...
