topbarmenu subitems

How is it possibile to have an item in topbar menu which when is clicked opens other subitems (anchors) ?
I'd like to display this subitems only when clicked on a certain anchor...

Hi,
Do you want a structure something like topbar icon menus (if you want this you can use it) or something else?
