To give an example I use the showcase: https://www.primefaces.org/showcase/ui/ ... tion.xhtml as example.
Selecting multiple rows (using Shift) in the "Multiple with Meta and Shift keys" table results in a nice layout with green selected bars (in Ultima).
But, I apply the attribute 'disableTextSelection = "false" to the p:dataTable (the attribute I need for my webclient), the selection looks a bit messy, because when selecting rows, the text within the datacells will also become selected having a white background instead of lime green. It will be unclear for the user what is happening.
Suggestions to fix this layout problem are:
* disable text selection when holding the Shift key
* fix the css (in case when using the Shift key the text background must be lime green instead of white).

Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate this issue. Could you please attach a screenshot for us to replicate? Also, Could you please try it with the latest Ultima version?
