Which PF version are you using?
Also, Premium templates do not yet support PrimeFaces 7.0, our team will update all the templates to bring in 7.0 support as soon as possible.

PrimeFaces 7.0
. do extended licence user get email notification of updates on PrimeStore? i missed 2 updates and had to jumped to 1.03
