Top bar is not appearing correctly

Top bar is not appearing in the template , when tried with empty.xhtml. but the contents of top bar is appearing on left side below logo poseidon Version 2.2.0

Thanks a lot for the screenshot. Do you have layout-*.css file in your app? You need to provide layout css file using layout sass files and SASS command.
