InputGroup does not work well with Ultima

I have tried to use the new InputGroup in a form with Ultima theme and it looks terrible. The main problem is md-inputfield and ui-inputgroup do not work well together as the size of the add ons is very large compared to other input fields in the same form. Also, when you use the ui-inputgroup-addon class you get borders on buttons that attach to an InputText that has no borders; not a good look.

InputGroups are not supported yet in premium templates as it is a pretty new feature so we're waiting for the core css in PrimeNG to be stable before adding support to premium templates in their next releases.
