Material Icons not showing on PrimeNG / Ultima components

I just converted a PrimeNg / Angular CLI (webpack) app to Ultima.
None of the material icons are displaying.

My Styles.css:

The material animations don't appear to be working either. No JS errors.

Any ideas?

Do you have MaterialIcons fonts in your project?

ultima > resources > layout > fonts >
- MaterialIcons-Regular.eot
- MaterialIcons-Regular.ttf
- MaterialIcons-Regular.woff
- MaterialIcons-Regular.woff2
