nanoScroller is not a function

Hi
I found the problem when convert template to Angular Web Starter Kit (I never see this issue i use ultima version 2 is work fine) and this step in my project :
1. This is reference to script i put in polyfills like this image

2. I'm declare jquery in component like this image

3. Before setTimeout working for call nanoscroll i console.log for see jquery is work or not like this image

from result jquery is work fine but error in nanoscroll, please help me to fix it.

Could you please sent screenshots of your package.json and angular-cli.json files.
