Unable to Purchase

When attempting to purchase, I am presented with a screen saying:

"Error processing credit card transaction. The value of this transaction has not been withdrawn from your card account."

I tried several cards, all which are regularly used and most definitely active. It seems PayU has trouble with my country. Are there alternative payment mechanisms in order to purchase a license?
