Update .ui-messages-detail in Ultima (?)

I'm not sure I understand why, but the p-messages severity icon (e.g. the "i" with the circle for severity: info) sits on top of the text when I upgraded to PrimeNG 5.0.2 from 4.0.1 (even with Ultima 5.0.0). I fixed this by changing the following:
