Is update to Ultima-Ng 9.0 necessary after Angular 9.1 update?

Hi,

I have migrated my application from Angular 8 to angular 9.1.9 with PrimeNg to version 9.1.0.
My Ultima theme is still 8.0.1.
Is there any "good reason" to migrate the skin to 9.0, or may I remain with the old one?
There have been a lot of changes in the skin-related files made by our developers and migration seems to be rather complicated...

At the moment I see one problem: <p-dialog> have some 90% transparent backgrounds... Could this be the reason?

I had the same problem with p-dialog after upgrading to Angular 9.2.0 and Primeng 9.1.0. Upgrading the theme to 9.0.0 seems to have resolved the issue.
