UltimaNG 10.0.0 - TriStateCheckbox error

In ultima v10 and primeng v10 TriStateCheckBox component not works correctly, pi-times icon not show when the value is false.

This is fixed in upcoming PrimeNG 10.1.0 and Ultima 10.1.0.
