outlined and standard buttons do not have the same height in Ultima (ultima-ng-11.0.1). Standard button is missing a border.
When using an outlined and standard button side by side this looks bad.
It can be tested in the button section of the demo: https://www.primefaces.org/ultima-ng/#/uikit/button
To replicate select an outlined button in Inspector and toggle the p-button-outlined class.
I have check the PrimeNG default and the standard button have a border set. https://primefaces.org/primeng/showcase/#/button
As a workaround I have added
