Horizontal & Slim Menu fixes?

Facing an issue with the activeState of horizontal and slim menu where all items on the menu remains highlighted. This may be due to both menus having the properties of a dropdown menu that causes this issue.

Is there a possible way to edit the horizontal/silm menu to make it without a dropdown panel? I.E Similar to Static where one Menu item links to one page.

I couldn't replicate the issue with the latest version of Ultima. Could you please share a screenshot referring to that problem?
