Row Datatable

Hi, I have a table that displays data of various types of currencies and I need to make a total for each time the datatable finds a different currency from the previous one.
I would like to know if there is a way for me to add a row in the datatable by a specific condition. For there I would make a condition that if the coin found on the current line is different from the coin of the previous line, create a line with the coin total.
I tried doing this with the summary row, but it turns out that each column within the summary row fetches the column title in the header.
This happens because I use dynamic column, when not used so the problem does not happen, see the image.
Is there any way to do this?
