My doubt is about the first steps with the theme, because I had never acquired one.

How do I work with the theme? I've imported the project into eclipse, but when I starto the server, the pages do not load properly, without the stilles applied, or just do not load because they do not find any css files, I'd like to know the first steps before starting to work with theme
