Huge amounts of "any" used in the templates

Purchased template just to find full of any's. Isn't using Angular and typescript is to have benefits of compile time validation. And oh boy, after changing anys to actual objects HUGE amount of compilation errors.
Not something to expect from paid / commercial template which supposed to be sample of "how it should be done"!
