Is there RTL orientation support for Morpheus theme?

Added RTL support for layout menu and topbar to next version.

Actually we bought the theme and we thought that RTL support is available for all themes.
Unfortunately, RTL orientation is essential in our application and not supporting it is not an option for us.
Therefore, we want to know when are you going to release the next version?
And in this case, do we need to buy the new version?
