Firstly, this programmatic tabview is a feature of PrimeNG core therefore you can review code from this link; https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/v10-lts/#/tabview

this is same bug from https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/v10-lts/#/tabview with Material theme (works in primeng 11 LTS & 12)
