You can't resize the columns when scrollable={true} is defined.
This is because it doesn't set ref={(el) => {this.table = el;}}> for scrollable tables.
ColResize bug.

This is fixed In RC 1.3.0
However, there is a new issue. If you resize a column, then re-order it, the column below don't reflect the re-ordered size, and it becomes impossible to resize it again if the reordered component was wider than the original column width you exchanged with.
This is obviously on scrolling datatables, i've not tried it with non-scrolling.
