Filter DataTable by Date Range

Hi,

I am having a bit of an issue that's been driving me a bit crazy. But on a project I'm working on, I am using your DataTable functionality to create a table. On one column, it has a list of Application Dates (Mon Jun 04 2018 format). I've tinkered around and figured out how to take the Date object from a Calendar Range and output it in this format.

What I was wondering if there's a way to have a sorting between two selected values in a calendar to the value of the Date item in the said table?
