Problem accessing the store

Hi, sorry for posting this here, wasn't sure about the right place. I've registered and activated, but I can't access the store (invalid credentials), even though the forum access is ok. I'd like to buy a premium theme. Please advise.

There is an issue at store with special characters in the password, our team is working on it. Until it is resolved, could you please try removing any special characters at;
