Multiselect change event does not return values

Hi everyone!
Hope, someone could shed a light on this subject. It seems strange to me that component MultiSelect returns only selected labels in its onChange handler: I used to have both label and value in such cases.
Does anybody know if this is a bug or some deliberate functionality?
