Missed events for panel open/panel closed

Hey, it would be really useful to add events for multiselect/dropdown components when its panels are opened or closed, like in primeNg. (onPanelHide/onPanelShow)

I did not find any handy solution for this and I need to use MutationObserver to catch these things.

Actually, found another way to handle this, but still, not the perfect way if someone needs it. Use useRef on multiselect and there are onOverlayExited/onOverlayEntered functions that are not shared to use, but I could make an override and save old functionality
