Tooltip just stopped working

Hello,
I dont remember at what point tooltips on buttons stopped working.

After every button tooltip focus, its appear on the page bottom, even text is gone. Maybe somebody have been in same spot?

What version of PrimeReact? Make sure to update to 8.3.0 if this is your issue: https://github.com/primefaces/primereact/issues/3065
