Need help on Prime React editable dropdown

Hi!

I am using dropdown component with editable attribute from Primereact.

What I am trying to achieve is once I type something inside the editable input field :

First it should open up the dropdown list and I can filter the dropdown entries based on the input (without using filter and filterBy method of Primereact)

But I am finding it difficulty to do so as in the function onCountryChange :
- I am not able to keep the dropdown open.
- I am not able to select the html class or tags using ref by which I can manually filter the options.
