TreeFilter: filter + select an option state issue

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out how to use TreeFilter + Checkbox selection + filtering of the tree.
It all works fine until I try to filter the tree for a very specific (unique) value and select it.
Instead of partially selecting all the parents, all the tree nodes are completely selected, that makes the filtering unusable.
When clearing up the filter menu the tree selection gets broken - not just the selected node is displayed as "checked", but all the parents, that have to be actually only "partialChecked".

I will post the issue in the primereact github repo, but wanted to be sure, that I'm not doing something wrong (or there is some hidden property I'm missing).
Here is the bug reproducement using the latest primereact version (the example builds on top of the primereact example from their page):

Actual: the filtered tree nodes are fully selected.
