Calendar: no prescroll if maxDate is less then current date

Hello

If maxDate is specified for Calendar it is not prescrolling to that value

So, if I set for example (Current date - 14 years) then I expect Calendar panel to be automatically scrolled to that value.
Currently it forces users to do many clicks in Calendar panel to find first value for selection
