Calculate OverlayPannel 'top' position value by other block

Hi. I need to calculate OverlayPannel 'top' position value by other block. By default its located under block. I need to set overlay pannel at the same height level as block immediately to the right of the block. Using 'top' value in inline styles for OverlayPannel (style={{top: '100px'}}) is not working.
