Hi,
it seems that it is not possible to use a SelectCheckboxMenu with grouped items, just like it is shown in:

Using the sample code, all I get is two items (German Cars, American Cars), instead the six items grouped in two categories.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: Just in case. I am using Paradise 1.0.0. I don't know if there is a new version.

I don't think this issue related with theme/layout. Could you please try this without Paradise and which pf version you are using?

I think you are right. I just created a new web project without using Paradise and the problem is also there. I am using Primefaces 6.1.

I found this: https://github.com/primefaces/primefaces/issues/2222. It seems in version 6.2 it will be fixed.
