I would like to purchase the current Morpheus template for an Angular v7 project, before i purchase the template i would like to know if the current Morpheus is compatible with Angular v7 - if not, is there a Morpheus version available that is compatible with Angular 7?

The current Morpheus version is 12 but you can download that compatible with Angular 7 and PrimeNG 7 from the store after purchase.
