Error in console does not appear, but when I run it it's like I do not have CSS and JavaScript

I had a project ready project, I did all the necessary theme imports, but the homepage gets the theme working and when I enter another page it loses the theme and nothing works. What can it be?

Do you get an error in console? Also please check the theme imports in template page and the template import in new page?

I get no errors and made all the necessary imports following the example and referenced the pages with the theme template.xhtml. My data table code is different from the one in the manhattan documentation, could that be?
