Feedback for faster ramp up time with this theme

Hi,

Thanks for the great theme.

It would be very helpful if there was a simple starting point with one color and one layout. I assume most people are going to need one theme applied to their app and trying to remove all the logic for the theme switching and menu mode switching is a pain.
