PrimeReact Ultima usable outside React?

Hello,
We have downloaded PrimeReact Ultima for evaluation and were wondering if we wanted to use the styling on a website that was not React could we reuse this CSS? Would we need to download PrimeFaces Ultima? If so do the CSS files have the same structure - could we reuse our theme modifications and overrides so that we have a single set of changed files?
