Customizable theme name

We've just started using the designer and our "biggest" challenge became how to publish the resulting theme with our desired name. It wasn't enough to alter theme.xml to manipulate output directory since "primefaces-mytheme" was hard coded into _fonts.scss.

We finally decided to do a "hard rename" to ensure that everything was correct but we would appreciate any clarification on how to do this properly. Maybe just a README section?

Otherwise, we're loving the designer.
