layout folder and js

Hello,

I'm wondering, is the layout folder included in the .jar after build ?
I'm thinking not, then I need to import it in my project as well as the jar right ?

Same for any javascript code that I would like to add to my project, it won't be included in the jar and I will have to import the files right into my project webapp/resources folder, right ?

Designer just generates theme related artifacts such as theme.css and fonts, layout.js or layout.css are not included in the jar.
