Question: Generate PrimeNG and PrimeFaces Theme?

Our company wants to know if they use the Theme Designer can they generate from 1 SASS a PrimeNG and PrimeFaces theme? We have .NET team doing PrimeNG and we have our Java team using PrimeFaces and we want to use 1 theme from our Creative Services department.

Is this possible with ThemeDesigner?

Ahh I see there are designers for all 3 technologies. So what my team wants to know is how easy would it be to style for both PrimeNG and Primefaces based on the same color choices etc.
