Can I buy Apollo theme with Advanced Plan and can we use this theme by two companies (1st is my start-up and 2nd is my friend start-up company)?

Also, If we buy first Basic Licence then after developing the project with basic licence, can we upgrade the plan from basic to advanced by including basic licence paid amount.
