Buttons doesn't show with Theme

Hello, I'm new using PrimeNG. I have installed the theme and the toolbar of the example works perfect with the Theme,
but not so the Buttons. Buttons as displayed as an simple HTML button without the Theme colors and configuration. I'm using the following code:
