I upgrade primereact to latest version 4.2.1 but click event is stil slow when dropdown items number is more than 1000, however it's not slow in simple react project without apollo theme

Thank you for your feedback. It will be updated fully in PrimeReact 5.0 and we will implement a better solution for your issue in PrimeReact 5.0.
