Datatable responsiveLayout="stack" is not working

Hi Team,

I am trying to update the prime react 9.5.0 version but the Datatable responsiveLayout="stack" is not working. The primereact 9.3.1 version is working fine.
I found some differences in the Datatable source code pr_id_1 is there in 9.3.1 but in 9.5.0 this id is not there and dynamic CSS is not generated.
We are using the Apollo-react-8.0.0 template in my project.

If you removed the responsiveLayout === 'stack', it significantly impacts our code base. earlier we customized responsive layouts with our own CSS styles, but after introducing responsiveLayout === 'stack' we removed all custom CSS. do you have any plans to roll back those changes? there is no proper release documentation for breaking changes, how can we know what are the breaking changes in each release?
