<p:scrollPanel not working in <p:dialog>

<p:scrollPanel does not work correctly in <p:dialog>, does not appear the scroll.

I tested without Rio and I've seen this issue. This is an issue of Primefaces core. Please create an issue on Github; https://github.com/primefaces/primefaces/issues

I have reported this issue under our PRO account as of PF 5.3.1 it is still an issue.
